organizations have rules, protocals, like it or not. Even though a rain of nuclear bombs flying from US to China, times would be needed to processing such rules and protocals. This is how civilization works. and u know, organizing $$ and resources take times
its not like getting few hundreds bucks from instant cash machine and just rent a truck to help u move the house. What we are talking is, cashing BILLION of dollars from bank, organizing troops, tools, military transporation machines
