well the repositioned the company to become mroe budget oriented and no system access fee is huge in the cellular industry, only fido and koodo has this atm...they are trying to capture the majority of the low end users before the new company comes in next year q4 which will all be targeting the low end users.
actually the new plans are not bad if you look closely to it. u only add options u need and no system access fee, still billed per second, and fido dollars is still there.
i fink its a good move. all the new brochures are done with recycled paper to become more environmental friendly, and new users that uses only billing saves $2 on the paper invoices, if you request for paper invoice, fido will use that $2 to plant trees. so thumbs up for being green =]
