I used Jessica. She had done a 101% great job on my hair. Makeup overall is okay, but you have to tell her exactly what u like. I didn't go with Mindy, she did not do well on the trial. Long story short, she doesn't really listen to me and I don't see she was making me more pretty than usual.

Usually how long does it take to do makeup and hair on 1 Bride and 3 Bridesmaids? Is 2 hours enough?  Is it better to hire 2 person to do makeup if I have 3-4 ppl ?

1 bride + 3 bridesmaid = 3 hours at least girl...also depends if the make-up artist has an assisstant that she can bring do to your bridesmaid.
for my wedding it was me, 2 bridesmaid and my mom - my makeup artist came with an assitant, started around 6:30 with the 2 bridesmaid and finished me and my mom around 10am...haha..good luck.

2 hours..you can barely make it and for sure you need assistant to do the bridesmaids makeup. It took me like 1 hr and half to finish mine. The morning makeup takes the longest.

I don't know if Jessica had online portfolio or not, most of time MUA is more like 人夾人緣. I don't mind to share my pics from both Mindy and Jessica, just PM me if you are interested.

did any of you gals cry during the ceremony? did you mess up the eye makeup?  How did you deal with it?

I've makeup with Jessica (sis's wedding), Eva (my wedding) and Mindy (MOH)

Jesscia can probably finish faster. Usually Jessica will do the full makeup for the bride and her assistant will do the most parts for others and Jessica will do the final touch up.

Mindy didn't do a good job on my makeup as MOH, probably too rush. She did 4 ppl makeup that day starting at 5am on her OWN. I was the last one, she can barely finish my makeup around 8:15am.

Eva takes longer than Jessica but she does great job too. She brought an assistant on my wedding day too, both morning and night session. I had her re-do my hair and makeup before the church ceremony coz it's summer, the makeup from morning had not melted but just wanted a better look for the ceremony. She changed my makeup and hair at night every time I changed my dresses as well.

Jessica's assistant IMO is ma ma dei ,  I don't know if she still works for her now. She did my mom's makeup and hair and my mom didn't really like it. She has to cover fake lashes with bold eyeliner which I also hate the most when MUA did it.

Eva usually come and go at diff time during the day. She could "follow you" if you are planning to have makeup/hair changes thro out your day. And she will show up before wedding banquet. But please be aware that the more times you have the change of "look", the heavier makeup will be at the end of the day. Her makeup is a bit "heavy hand" to my taste. Oh btw she and her assistant expect 2 seats (with food) at the dinner banquet if you want them to be there.
