Actually, it is ture, there are more SINGLE MEN in Alberta then other province, and they also have the highest income..  there are many article talk about Alberta men .....  sigh ..  I live in the wrong place ..    (sadly, I am not one of those guys ..  just typical fat short poor chinese ..  )

Yeah, it's on a tripod, and for the time, it's probably longer than 1/10s, but I wouldn't be able to tell you the time...!  It just come nature, since I have done this at other type of photography as well.  The key is your main subject should mostl lit by the flash.

I will try that, but I think the tricky point is to turn your focus ring without moving the camera......
