係咪個檢控主任應該從呢件事對事主心理上既傷害著眼，instead of 經血對人體有無害，衛唔衛生呢？

等如係強姦案咁，如果事主身體無受到傷害(迷姦)，咁被告可唔可以話事主都high過，而精液亦對人體無害來脫罪？
無錯呢個example係好extreme，但同樣大家都係o係唔願意同不知情既情況下，比另一個人既生物產品進入自己身體內。。。
