the food was ok but hated their service! I asked what one of the dishes contains and the guy (seems like a manager) was too lazy to answer me. Then I started to tell him the reason I want to know and what the kids on the table are allergic to. Before I finished telling him, he cut me off and to order something else just incase the dish contains carrots or seafood!
sigh~ why does the chinese places have poor service all the time?

It may be correct, however, hotels cater to international guests
IMHO, the quality of Chinese foods in Metro Vancouver could be comparable to HK, but the quality of
service is, comparable only to the standard of 60's.
Most of the service have little or no training at all, and they do not consider service as their career, just a temp job to
get cash tip
