Last night I have been to Victoria Ocean (Yuet Hoi in Chinese) in Downtown Royal Center.
They have all-u-can-eat hotpot as well. To my surprise the food quality is really good! The fish slice is SUPER FRESH and the order size is huge. We end up order too much because we don't expect 1 order to be that big... e.g. 1 order of fish ball >10 balls. Or maybe because there are not many people so they give us more??
The soy sauce is cooked oil + soy sauce + onion + a bit pepper... it's more special than other plain soy sauce la..
Also, the veggie and mushroom is very clean. Definitely more well-wash than little lamb or cow boy...
$19.xx/person + $1 all-u-can-drink. I would definitely recommend ppl to go.
i like chubby lamb because their fish balls and shrimps ball are really good, I heard from my friend that they're all handmade everyday, and they have the new ton yam gong soup base.
but getting a table there is so hard, always have to make reservations first

I went there last night and it was pretty good. As I remember, the price was $19.98/person. The veggies were clean and fresh. The service was great and we had free parking. However, I felt kind of disappointed that the fish/meat balls were not home made. Even 牛仔 have home made fish/meat balls.
