yeah, and I am thinking, what a news!!!
ok, this thing is high sodium, high fat, high cholesterol......tell me which food in fast-food restaurants or any other kinds of normal restaurants (with meat) provide absolutely healthy food?
you want yummy food??? salt and oil, cannot be avoided
Thanks to new technologies in food industry,
fast food can be healthier than before.
The KFC in Shanghai has switched to UN-Deepfried
chicken, Slow-roasting and steaming is another option.
Oil does carry flavour, but be careful with the type utilized
and amount to use.
Sodium is my biggest concern with fast food, I stay away
from Subway and Schlotsky because most of the deli meat,
turkey, chicken, ham, beef are all saturated with salt.
Isn't oil worse than salt? I would prefer subway because the food is no deep fry.
Btw...I think the MacMini grill chicken is not bad...it's grill...and not that salty...
Even when I have fries in MacDonald...i ask for no salt fries....so it is "no salt"...plus it would be fresh!
Well for me... I rather take the regular deep fried chicken piece then this... what is the point of the extra cheese and bacon? "salt"!!!
btw... I seldom like bacon in my food except using it as the base of pasta or soup (all chopped up to give flavor)
