No wonder the long lineup of cars on No.3 going to River Rock disappeared when I passed by Richmond last weekend around 8:00 p.m. (forgot which day it is). No lineup at all.

Couple weeks ago my friends spent 45 minutes waiting in line to get into the River Rock night market. The lineup started from Cambie and No. 3.
