You can eat more  Omega 3  eggs without worrying about  cholesterol level,
the chicken are on  flax seeds diet. When I eat eggs,  I use 1 whole egg plus 2 egg whites.
Still taste good

    我覺得係要訓練自己對食物嘅要求,都唔一定要食冇味嘢。

如果你覺得食餐肉公仔麵係人生最大興趣的話,我諗係口味問題,我本人唔會覺得食少啲味精嘢會令我有咩損失,所以唔覺係犠牲。

平日照食魚食菜,食pasta食pizza食咩都得㗎,材料用新鮮之嘛。

同埋我想講飲食係因人而異,你有糖尿病,心臟病,尿酸,膽固醇過高,就當然要戒口。如果你屋企本身有親人生cancer其實患癌風險已經比其他人高,我覺得有啲食物唔適合某類人食啫。

當然亦有人食嘢好唔規矩但係好長命,但係我唔會搏我係嗰個exception囉。

yeap! like them too. Found a good source of them with reasonable price and less salty than generic ones.

not really wor! There are a lot of good food around. You just have to find them.
Lot more restaurants tell where they source their meat, vegetables and seafood now.
It's a good trend.

I am NOT a healthy eater. I eat fatty meat (beef, lamb, pork, chicken, fish, oyster..etc) and pasta...etc
As big C sister said, I just want to leave the quota for the yummy dine outs.

I also don't believe in packaged health food. btw farmer's market is fun and not as expensive as ppl think. It's just take effort to go there to shop and plan for the meals.
