Just curious, how did you find and successfully land your job(s)? How many non-white people in management positions? (not transferred from USA, Europe or Asia)
i also work in mid-size office (~600 ppl) of a fortune 500 company. coworkers are from all diff cultures. (caucasian, chinese, korean, philipian, east indian, french, south african, easten eurpean, middle eastern, richmond grown kids...etc) A lot of the upper management team are non-white (as you call it), from managers to directors to VP.
may be your work place is unfortunately different from mine and from Nam's. |
