While the most of us prefer to eat in restaurant (cuz they think it's too much work to do at home), but besides me, another lyk (refer to #18) also had experience that cook at home before. No matter people think or had experience that cooking at home is to much panic, I just share my own experience that cooking at home is not that bad.
We can share, which restaurant is/are good and which is/are bad; also cooking at home is hard or easy to do. Isn't is more informative?

One time I bought a king crab from T&T, and they cut it for me.
Then I cook it right after I got home.....still...
Need to steam many times (because my "bo" is small and the plate is small).
I think altogether we had 5 plates of crab...
But during eating the crab, need to pay attention to the cooking time of the other dish. So it's kinda annoying ...

I had King Crab at 皇都(besides London Drug on Westminster HWY). They were having a promotion $8.99/pounds. They said the King Crab weight 11pounds. We didn't agree as the Crab was so slim!, it seems weight around 7pounds! So I agree low-b  said the Restaurant outside really cheat on weight!!

Yes, it could be too much work and annoying.
However, I think it this way, even I could cook the whole crab (all pieces) all in once (that means my stove and wok and pan... are big enough to handle), I will still cook a few dishes separately. Why? Since I can't finish all the pieces (all dishes) fast enough, after two or three pieces the rest will probably get cool before I touch them anyways. I prefer to cook the portion that I am able to finish before they get cool, and then another dish and so on. Yeah, maybe just me.
