I'm Chef instructor, not working chef, I was with La Cote D'Azur, Jacques Sprattes, Le Millieu, Beach House at Stanley Park, Wedgewood Hotel, Heidelburg, Mozart, stint at William Tell,
Burnaby Mountain Golf Course.
Michelin is overrated, self-respected chef i.e. Ramon Blanc , Gordon Ramsay etc have refused to take part in Michelin Star, and it is not available in N. America.
I do not teach Master Class everyday, I teach HACCP in BC and Calgary, VSB is for amateur, I teach Szechuan, Asian Fusian, Thai, Vietnamese, Sushi, Pastry Arts, 12-14 courses every semester, mostly in English. |
