係咪個檢控主任應該從呢件事對事主心理上既傷害著眼，instead of 經血對人體有無害，衛唔衛生呢？

等如係強姦案咁，如果事主身體無受到傷害(迷姦)，咁被告可唔可以話事主都high過，而精液亦對人體無害來脫罪？

對身體無實質傷害係告唔入"刑事"既
精神傷害係要告"民事"架
你既example，只可以告意圖強姦
如果被告無前科，可能判無罪 or 社會服務令 only 架咋
