    「河蟹」是一網絡用語，「和諧」的諧音，是出自並經常出現在中國大陸網絡上的網絡用語。由於中國共產黨推行「和諧社會」政策，並經常因此把中國大陸的負面消息或負面報道強行移除，或者是把其認為不良的、色情暴力的信息強行移除，例如整治互聯網低俗之風專項行動。於是大陸網民就以「河蟹」一詞代指封鎖、掩蓋負面消息、控制新聞和言論自由的行為，同時也有螃蟹「『橫行』（語帶雙關）霸道」的意思。[1]「水產」有時意思和「河蟹」相同。河蟹亦有抓捕之義，如河蟹你，指中國大陸用有關部門等相關權利將說出真相，或中國大陸不想公布的信息公布出來的人抓捕起來並給予莫須有之罪。[來源請求]

在中國大陸的部分論壇，「和諧」一詞本身已成為被封禁的關鍵詞。為了繞過這一屏蔽，網民以「河蟹」或者其他諧音代替。

Well, since no one is able to face my challenge, I will explain why I asked this question.

First, if Google said it is based on the law of China, then it is impossible to claim its act of not complying with the censorship is legal.

Second, if Google said it is based on the law of America, then how would the law of America is applicable to China and the operation of google.cn is within China and under the jurisdiction of Chinese law.

The American law can only regulate what cannot be done overseas according to the American law since Google is an American company, but it cannot determine what can be done overseas since that is under the law of the country which Google operates within.

I just 以事論事, and I don’t understand why Google said that. At the meantime, I also welcome challenges.

sigh~ No freedom! basically it's dok choi jui yi! No wonder so many Chinese like to immigrate or "tau doe" out for the country for a better life la! It seems they are not being protected by their country as a citizen. If you can't even trust your governer to help protect you when you've been vitumized, how can you trust it for anything else? I think covering up the negative or concealing the truth doesn't mean problem won't exist anymore. Education and awareness is more effective.

Did you guys realize there is a big and powerful filter and firewall in your mind and only received the information that fits your personal preferences and made up judgment based on personal biases?
