If it's in Richmond, both Hachi and Kiriri are good pick though for quality.

If size and price are your main concern, you can try Banzai (opposite to Richmond Public Market).

Yeah I saw the black cod combo and it looked a lot smaller than my saba. But I guess black cod is more expnsive than saba or sama.
If you cannot find parking in the tiny strip mall, you can park across the road in the bigger parking lot which is empty most of the time....

I think Ajisai has better sushi. (regular menu)
This place has more "special dishes".
I almost gave up on Ajisai because it was ALWAYS busy when I tried to go. I seldom order cooked food at Ajisai so I cannot compare to that in Kiriri.
