First time newbie ..  5DII ??  OMG ..

Vancouver ..  well ..  learner driver license can drive M3 ...   LOL   

I guess CAT already ordered the 5DII?  even small town here, already more then 150 orders ...  so, if CAT hasn't ordered one yet ..   won't be able to get one till next yr wor ..   but Van ..  could be different ..

Anyway .. need to wait till third week of NOV .. and I won't be in town .. can't play it for trip ..

I also pre-ordered it too, but just the body.  I pre-ordered at boardway camera.
Where did you order yours?

I hear people saying 50mm is close to what we see years ago.  However, I also read from many places where they say this is a mis-concept.
The 50mm lens on a 35mm camera has a field of view of 46 degree, while our eyes can see 100 degree, or 60 degree with a single eye.

I have both the 50mm f/1.4 and f/2.5 (Macro).  I like the f/2.5 (macro) lots better..!

Not talking about "專業"   even my little brother .. when he was 16 .. he knew LENS  etc are way more important then body la...

body is just $3K (5DII)  but lens? easy for extra $20K plus ..  in order to perform the 22MP sensor ...

By the way .. other LYK replied this :

機就ORDER 咗架喇…希望十一月尾真係出倒機啦。我喺LONDON DRUGS 訂既部機。
STOCK MARKET 對我買機計劃係唔會有幾多影響，因為我從來都冇入過市，亦都冇諗住入市。
同埋，部機其實係我同我細佬夾份既，所以我實際要付出既只係一半既價錢啫…尚算喺控制範圍之內。

50mm 其實我係貪佢有個大光圈。好唔好用一百個大洋去買支1.8 番嚟當玩具呢？定係支1.8 既質地真係差到不如唔好用呢？
至於其他鏡，我暫時只係諗住會入多兩支鏡…
