is it that hard to apologize?  an apology saves many troubles (putting money in your pocket)!

it's just being nice and courteous

a) Just remove the link
b) put up a banner saying that "thou shouldn't do this again" (i.e. not to post 失實，包含大量人身攻擊及冒犯性之內容 ... blah blah blah

write them a letter saying a) and b) were done.  and it's also LYK's interest to prevent

Apology implies fault is admitted.  they could seek damage compensation easily.
