the mall sucks not only because fairchxld owns most of the shops, also because most of other shop are shxtty and unsuccessful, I don't mind to name a few lol:

Cube Inc
Cell phone shop beside food court
Pet shop (now turned into garden street outfit shop)
Too many Jewellers
Watch shop
Car showroom

they got some interesting stuff (for window shoppers to look at...LOL)

I really have no idea what the "pet shop" is selling and I would prefer Fa Yuen Street over this

Do people actually buy cell phones there?
I bought my SEG705 in HK last month, converted back to CDN$ was about $360
and I saw my phone selling at that store for $460 + tax. I laughed LOL
