how do you guys clip their nails?  often i find it is a 2 people job...one to hold them still and one to clip.  and most of the time i cannot clip the thumb, its too thick

I take my bunny to Dr Potter for annual check up.

I cut her nails by myself... it's tough especially she hates being held > <~

I try to do it as quick as possible but mine is a black bunny w/ black nails, so it takes a bit more time for me to find the quick.
I cut into the quick once by accident... there was so much blood it scared the hell outta me!!  But my bunny stayed very still like nth happened O_o
Right now I use a tiny flashlight (those keychain ones), 由下面透過指甲照上來﹐that way i can see the quick and avoid cutting them.

Yah i agree w/ u it's really hard to clip the thumb!!
cuz it's so hard to stick the clipper in there...

my bf and i cut our bunny's nails =)
he flips him over (trances him) and have him on his lap, while i help hold him to make sure he doesn't jump. i get really nervous every time we do this though. i feel like i'm more nervous than the bunny =p

i don't think it's actually THAT hard. (but then again i'm not the one doing it)
what we do is when our bunny is sitting still on the ground, we put a towel over him (make sure the towel is big enough). the towel needs to cover the entire bunny. then hold the towel in a way so the bunny cannot see - when bunnies can't see they stay still (most of the time =p) then scoop up the bunny with both arms, with your left arm resting on the ground on the left side of the bunny and do the same for the right side with your left arm. and then flip him over. this shouldn't be too hard if your towel is big enough. so the bunny is sort of trapped inside the towel. we usually put him on my bf's lap, then i help cover the bunny's eyes with the towel (make sure he can breath though!) and my other hand'll usually be holding the bunny's hands or feet or the tummy. when someone is holding/touching the bunny firmly the bunny feels safer too so he's less likely to jump.

they are usually ok. no bleeding in my records (3 years)
one card is good for all pets under your name
i saw people bringing 4 rabbits at the same time.
