I lived at Choi Hung Estate, HK$90 a month rent.
My uncle Yeung Koon Yat was my neighbour before he opened the Forum in 1972.
BTW, even he orchestrated many state banquet, and became the most famous
Chinese Chef in the world, his restaurant was never rated in Michelin yet, and he never get any culinary training or finish high school. He was in FOH management until 1979 when he invented his unique way to cook abalone that took the world by storm.
Sorry for OT, I started out talking about writing Love letters, that I  had written thousands, mostly for someone I never get to meet; a different way to earn good spending money, the rich classmates just copied and mailed out (I studied at New Method College, my cousin used to teach there before he became prof at HKU).
Hey, we're here to blow water, don't be too serious.

Sure, I spend hundreds of hour conducting free seminars, workshops on Foodsafety,
cooking and Calligraphy for community and religious societies, coaching culinary students etc. every year. I was a scriber as well.
You arrange the event and supplies, and I'll be there. I just do not have time for co-ordinating.
