I really like the soup base, it has the spice and herbs and fragrant. (to be honest, I never care for the meat or ingrediant in my noodle soup... only the soup base and the noodle itself... and bean sprouts!!)
Mrs. Bo told me that Laksa soup base is not really hard to make but most restaurants don't put all the herbs and spices to it because not all customers like them there.
I will ask them to make it "original" spicy next time. (they usually tone down the spiciness)
I acutally felt comfortable eating and chatting with Mrs. Bo last time. My next item to try is their Roti. But I have to bring my Panda with me. (so I can still eat both Laksa and the roti) |
