I am new to restaurant business and I go by the rule: The quality has to be good enough for at least for us to eat. I always bring the food for my lunch.
When you go late evening, we do not cook any more dishes because we do not put cook food overnight thus it looks pretty empty and not very attractive at all....
I just want everyone to be able to eat this cook's food. Good or bad, at least you know how real Penang food tastes like. Personally I think his food is good enough to open his own restaurant (not food court one) which he plans to.
Someone even came from Alberta to eat his food every month.  |
