Sue them, call the health department and they will follow up,
you may get settlement for, say $100,000, good enough for a vacation
i went to yi yuen (the excelsior) yesterday to have wonton noodles.. and i saw their price raised to 14.XX/lbs

that yi yuen...bad customer service!!! We decided to go to eat King Crab on Sat night.. and i saw LYK comments and said yi yuen is good.. so I call them around 7:00 to make reservation for 7:30pm.. the lady on the phone said, sorry couldn't make the 7:30pm.. and ask if 8pm ok.. it's a bit late for us but we hold it anyways.. then she asked us " what do u guys want to eat".. i said "umm.. not sure yet.. we need to see the menu first".. she said" tell me what u want to eat so that we can hold it for u" i said " sorry.. we want to come and see the menu first".. then she said" ok..u come and see what's left for you to eat then" i was like..wtf.... since she sounds like not much stuff left to eat "for ex.. fish.. crab..etc" we worried that we dun have much choices..we have 10ppl (with 2 kids) so we ended up go to Shi-Art in Rmd Centre coz they have space immediately (the kids can't wait long for food).. i call back Yi yuen around 8pm and told them "sorry, we have the reservation at 8pm but we couldn't make it" she yell at me and said" I hold the space for u and u are not coming.. the table is here now.. so what do u want to do now" then i said "sorry.. that's y i call to cancel the reservation".. then she keep yelling..and screaming.. i hang her up =_="
