Yes, but a whole Dry Aged AAA prime rib is quite expensive, I can ask them to vacuum half  7-8 ribs.

Lamb rack is also good 18-20 oz rack good size, comes in two, no problem.

I meant using Dry Aged AAA beef for prime rib is luxary,  but it is much easy and cleaner to cook at home compare to steak.
The lamb is by far the best meat product available here, except for the fresh Saltspring Lamb. Actually it is quite inexpensive.
$22  intimate dinner for 2.
I always use the best quality product available, yet they are quite affordable.
A trip to Granville Island and you would know how expensive foods can be.

Those Extreme Australian Fresh Lamb Racks are extremely tasty and meaty, I had them before a year ago. Hope they are as good as last time.

Ribeye steak are best cooked on Charcoal or broiled, other cooking method would not
work as well. Maybe Teppanyaki? which I am not a big fan of
