Here's the AKC i got 2 weeks ago from sunsuiwah (Main st).

Since i didnt reserve the king crab in advance.. so I only got a 7.5 lbs.. it tastes SO SO!! very disappointed.. I heard many good comments abt sunsuiwah king crab before.. so i am kinda expect something good =/

Since we have 6 people.. we ordered some other dishes too.. and was surprised that their food wasn't that great either.. i guess they are overated...

My friend also went to sunsuiwah with her frds a week later.. and got cheated on lbs... the crab looks small but claimed to be 10lbs.. and she said the crab tastes so so either..

Last year went to yi yuen for AKC.. and after the unsatisfied experience with sunsuiwah king crab, me and my hubby went to Yi Yuen last weekend for AKC (9.8lbs)! 還是覺得怡園最好﹗

Fried with their house sauce~ super yummy


The rice is ok too~ just a bit dry~ but not bad!!


Overall.. the crabby tastes sooooooooo good! me and my hubby,2 of us, KO (finished) the whole crab ourselves! just need to pack half of da rice home
Yi Yuen is highly recommended ah!! XD

P.S. Sorry.. my photo taking skill is very bad =P

Probably the chef was off when you visit.
I always chat with the chef before I place order

    How big was the crab?  (just 8 gwa) =p

I like the one on fraser and 49th ave called 'fook sing' . the 'bei fung tong' style for the 2nd course of the crab is very good.

Yi Yuen is good for AKC, I've been there twice.
Not cheap thou
