Look at the Wiki link, it has the title of a copy of the infringing content. Correct me if I'm wrong, but something related to '10 crimes', etc.

One thing for sure, if LYK submit my info. due to any problem without my own consent other than ordered by judge in Canadian Court.  I will absolutely sue admin and LYK.

plus, does LYK have a function of the members going back to check what they posted before??? Hard to determine who it was if we don't even remember what we said several months ago.

I meant in the wiki page, there's the TITLE of what it might be about... can't expect me to post a link to the content, which I think can still readily be found on google?

其實封信係該集團出的，還是其代表侓師出的？我在想如果ａｄｍｉｎ因私隱條例吾交人，對方有心（又有錢）搞大件事，訴諸法侓，到時都幾麻煩．

如果不是侓司信，可以拖住先，不一定要挨打，對方要求７天內回覆，ａｄｍｉｎ大可說因為事件關係到加拿大私隱法，不能輕易把會員個人資料提交，就算要交，亦要先知詢法侓顧問，須時處理．更可以問對方拿些個人資料來作可用途，ａｄｍｉｎ絕對有權問個清楚明白，知多一點再行動不遲．

同時通知個位會員，說明你的立場，你會保障他的私隱，但若事情真的要升級至法侓行動，就絕對有可能／機會把他的資料交出（相關執法部門）．

今次事件ａｄｍｉｎ只是夾在中間，我想不用上身．

agreed...and what happened to freedom of speech???  since we're in canada???  the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedom??
