SPAM - U've won $2000... won, SPAM

Anyone know what is the tel # / email for reporting spam calls to RCMP? maybe a non-emergency line.

just received 2 in 2 days - 780 701 7470  and  778 785 4596  by cell phone and office number.

Both were a voicemail sort of "Hello. you have won $2000 travel points. To claim your prize, press 1 now" and automatically end itself if i don't respond in 5 sec.

To spam and claim that so and so won "travel-points" isn't an act of crime.

No case to be prosecuted.

When $ is lost, then there is a case.

I think if you press 1
then you are connected to a long distant call and you will be chagred for a hugh sum of money. So, don't press any button

Oh .. it is funny, 403 and 780 are area code from alberta ..

However, I got SCAM call / sms as well, with area code 604/416/905 etc ...  


Police? RCMP? go to TIM HORTON/Boston Pizza, you may find them.
