Anyone tried Michelle Wong for bridal hair and make up before?

Michelle is ok ga. She usually does makeup for caucasian/cbc bride, so she is good at those simple/elegant styles, not that very glamours one with at least 3-4 styles a day. She won't use fake lashes/wig unless you asked for, and no hair accessories will be provided.
She does makeup up much more better than hair I would say. She is SLOWWWWW...she needs like 3 hours to complete the first makeup of the bride, so you really need to hire some other assistants if you are planning to have makeup for your mom and bridesmaids.

I was coordinator for my friend who hired Michelle Wong for her wedding last yr. Michelle did the bride's hair+makeup and the make up of bridesmaids and bride’s mom. Her assistant did the hair for the others.  They all looked beautiful but the makeup was not heavy. My friend had fake eye lashes, too. She had a number of individual ones glued on and looked very pretty. The bride had an elegant updo and bridesmaids mostly had their hair down or partly down in curls. Both the hair and makeup for my friend and her bridesmaids were a notch better than what I've seen on many Chinese bridal parties. I think the time spent on the bride's hair+makeup was a little over 2 hours. It was hectic but the girls all seemed very happy. I think one of the bridesmaids is booking Michelle for her wedding next year.

Michelle is slower than other MUA, but she really does her homework and has good techniques.  I love how she does clean & elegant hairdo and makeup, and won't make you not recognizing yourself.
