Pork meat - cut in think strips (marinate sesame oil, corn starch, soy sauce)
榨菜 - prepackaged
米粉 - soak in hot water until soft, drain
(optional) Mixed fish balls
soup:
Water
Soy sauce
Chicken stock or cube or power
Fish balls
1. Boil all the soup ingredient, add noodles, boil for a couple more minutes, put in serving bowl
2. Stir fry pork and 榨菜 until cooked
3. Add some water, stir immediately until thicken (should be less than 30 seconds), turn off fire
4. Pour pork mixture on top of noodles
