Zue's lazy Zucchini
- Super easy, light, tasty! Cooks in 5 mins! ~
1 Zucchini (leave skin on, cut of ends, cubed)
- cutting length-wise first into long strips, then cut into cubes (this ensures every cube has skin on to encourage consistent cooking and not too soft)
- Garlic (chopped)
- Salt to taste
- Dill weed (Available in spice section)
Instruction:
1. Heat pan with 1 Tbsp oil
2. Add garlic
3. Add zucchini
4. Stir fry until half cooked
5. Sprinkle Dill weed
6. Add salt to taste
