代鹽﹖

想請問大家﹐有無一樣野叫做“代鹽”架﹖ 就好像代糖一般是代替“鹽”來為食物加味道的﹐但又沒有 SODIUM。

I have seen something like "low sodium" (less 30% or 60%).  try safeway or save-on la!

sugar alternatives are carbohydrates that don't get absorbed by the body. there are multiple options because of different possible linkages in the combination of CHO (the basic building block)
sodium on the other hand is... just sodium. it has its place in the periodic table and is different in property than other atoms. you can't replace that

You can find salt substitude in pretty much every super market.  They usually substitude sodium with potassium.  And too much potassium is just as bad.  See

If you are on low-sodium diet, it is better to use spices like Mrs. dash to flavor your meal.

Instead of buying those bottled stuff, and paying a fortune for the fancy  bottles,
there are some  fresh and good alternatives to perk up your food:
1. Grated   Lemon and orange zests
2. Toasted nuts, white & Black Sesame seeds
3. A  squeeze of fresh lemon juice or splash of organic cider vinegar with mother
4. Sprinkle of  Fresh herbs
5. Ginger, garlic , Shallot, lemongrass, galangal, Kaffir Lime Leaves
6. Assortment of pepper: White, black, green, pink and Szechuan Peppercorn
7. Kelp(Konbu)
8. Low sodium Miso
Cut down your normal salt intake by 2/3  and use the items above, you'll  be  eating healthier without feeling guilty
