Need to do some last minute shopping for friends in US. Do you know of any Restaurants or Store gift cards I can purchase here in Vancouver that can be used in both United States and Canada?

So far I only know of Starbucks, Whole Food Market... any others? Thanks!

Yes I know Starbucks does not do exchange. So if you buy 10CDN you get 10USD

It must be new. I dont' drink Starbucks coffee but I do have a SB card and I use it only when I am in US . Usually just get ice tea or lemonade.
