[意大利菜] Some叔叔:有關PIZZA DOUGH

嗰日同小熊,南姐同忌廉開PARTY。。。
諗住買個PRE MADE PIZZA底,然後自己放料上去自己係屋企焗啦。。。
點知,我去RCSS同SOF都冇呢D野賣喇喎~!

臨急,我又整唔切HOMEMAID皮。。。因為整得嚟,D YEAST又未夠時間RISE。。。

SOME叔,點解冇哂D PLAIN嘅PRE MADE READY TO BAKE嘅PIZZA皮賣架?????!!!!

Just for suggestion...I went there last time and bought some ready-to-bake pizza dough. I think they are great.

Whole Foods has some decent Ready made pizza dough for sale,
their new store on Broadway at  Cambie is quite convenience, I don't have to go to Park Royal Village.
or you can buy some frozen artisan Italian bread dough, it is quite similar in nature.
Save-On Food always have ready to bake pizza as well, made fresh.

did you look in the frozen section? Sometimes the dough is in the frozen section...also did you go to the SOF @ No.5 (ironwood)? They have a larger bakery/bread selection than the one on no.3

落雨又凍,我冇走去IRONWOOD同TERRA NOVA喇~ 唉~

如果要去SW睇,又要走去NO 2。。。。

Both superstore and SOF have frozen Italian bread dough.
If you have  a good food processor, it takes 2-8 minutes to make
fresh pizza dough from scratch plus fermentation time. So about
1.5 hour from beginning to table, less time than what you spent
on travelling.
Maybe you can make up some Individual size pizza shells and tug them
in your freezer, just top and bake.
Other option would be the Boboli type pre-baked shell, they are quite
acceptable.
I think the Ravioli Store on Commercial Drive carries the pizza dough as well,
then you have to make a trip to Vancouver.
