When you reload your giftcard, do you get any incentive rebate/discount? Can you use a starbucks giftcard to purchase mugs and cups?

For example, let say if you add $10, they actually put $11 in your card The $1 is the incentive rebate/discount. (just as an example)

The only "incentive" is that on birthday, will get a free drink....
