if you do not mind delivery newspaper, I do not think they ask for sin card.

Try some chinese restaurant, they do hire for a lowered wage... but the tips should make up some of it... good luck

no, your not allowed, it's illegal!

working in restaurants are illegal but I think working for delivering newspaper may not.  I worked for Richmond Review before and they told me they did not care if I had sin card or not.
