My parents & I has been looking for a new home for some time, has seen so many houses but cannot find a good one, anyone has a good  real estate agent to recommend? Thanks a lot.

which locations are you interested?  what drive you away?  what is missing ar?

I think for a new home buyer, it's good that you go and look at some house on your own first. Then get an idea of what you want to buy. Then find an agent and then he/she should pick and only show houses that you will be interested.

I don't have one now tho.

I don't know, there are always something we are not happy with, sometimes is the location, sometimes the house is too old, etc.

You can mostly renovate the old house to make it looks new.
