for those who gave birth, was it necessary to purchase a good nursing bra and supportive under garments to wear after giving birth? and from where?

good nursing bra is 100% necessary...
at least good support underwear because your body will be so sore and swollen...and if you are breastfeeding, your breast will feel like a 100lbs. Need good back support as well and tummy support so you don't feel like you're "falling apart" inside...trust me, when the baby is out, everything will feel out of place.

do you buy them in advance? and how will you know it'll fit after baby is out if you buy them in advance?

or it's okay to wait till baby it out, then you go out to buy?

我淨係知道，買定先，一生完即著

同埋佢話, 如果陀緊BB個時唔著媽媽PANTIES，唔著TUMMY SUPPORT BELT，唔搽TONING OIL ＆ CREAM。。。咁生完D STRETCH MARKS就冇得救架喇～ 聽落好恐怖。。。

LOL! cream cannot cure stretch marks and that's the sad fact (both my sister in-law and my wifey have stretchmarks, with my wifey being the worst of all of them.

Those cream are basically useless (waste of $$).

my friend said she put the cream on her tummy but not her patpat, so her pat has stretchmarks, but not her tummy.  as my friends' review, the cream really work, is it just depend on the brand ar?

or it's okay to wait till baby it out, then you go out to buy?
yes it is ok to get it after, but i don't think you have any energy/time to do it.  
nursing bar is a must

我聽人係咁講 （我自己未試過，不過知定都好嘅）
我有個FRIEND都話，有搽TUMMY冇搽PAT。TUMMY冇紋但係PAT有。。。所以要度度搽喎～～

其實，係咪年幾越大生BB，就越容易有紋呢？（我估：因為少COLLAGEN，少咗皮膚彈性）
