Anybody recommends which venue / pavilion would sell special ethnic food?

There was a feature article about special food offered by the various pavilion in last Thursday's (feb 18) version of Vancouver Sun.  The author recommended Slovak food at the Vancouver International Film center.  Quite pricey though: $65 for lunch and $110 for dinner per person.
