I got a speeding ticket at a school zone last week.  I was doubling the limit at 60km/hr without realizing i was in a playground zone... too bad.  Anyway, has anyone had experience successfully disputing a ticket for playground or school zone?  Ppl told me it's more difficult to dispute than if you were speeding on highways or city streets.

yea, i will pay for it, reluctantly.  only because i didn't intentionally speed.  i think there should be a difference in the fine when you speed intentionally or unintentionally...like some kids..

No matter you did it intentionally or unintentionally, the fact was that you did speeding.  How could the judge determines if you did it intentionally or not.  Of course people will always say he did it unintentionally.

that's why we are not judge.  Judge will consider it.  And that's why we need a judge, and not just relying on a radar to tell us we are right or wrong.
