do you know where can my aunt can apply for senior enchance medical plan in richmond? 'cuz I went to richmond city hall, but they told me that she can't apply there.. need to go to ask her family doctor, but her family doctor had no cue about it.

please help 75 years old lady..

not sure what is senior enchance medical plan
but you should call msp directly.
msp is not under city, it is under province
