【明報專訊】上海世博下周六開幕，園區昨日進行首場試運行，接待約20萬名參觀者，測試園區各項設施及準備情，誰料大門一開，本報發現至少有五大混亂，最嚴重的是人流控制失控，各場館及設施俱爆滿，中國館的預約機一度失靈，大批向隅者企圖衝入館內；意大利館外玻璃被人潮迫爆；英國館等因不能應付大量人潮而提早關閉；園內無論上廁所、吃飯、坐公交車都大排長龍，致群眾鼓譟。

上海世博會事務協調局指首場試運行演練的園區秩序「總體平穩」，總體達到預計效果。上海世博局新聞宣傳部長徐威表示，世博開幕前夕現階段發現問題屬「正常」，「我們就是要發現問題，然後處理問題、解決問題」。他說，世博局會在未來數星期與各方磨合，確保世博開幕及場館投入運作後，不再出現混亂。

世博首天的試運行主要接待參展館的員工及家屬，約有20萬人次，但園區之外發現有人炒黃牛票。本報記者昨到園區時，發現至少五大混亂情（見表），最嚴重是人流控制欠妥。由於多個展館，如日、韓、西班牙等沒有參與昨日的試運行，僧多粥少之下，遊客都湧到中國館及開放了的歐洲館。

因遊客太多，幾乎每個館外都是裏三層外三層的人群，在最矚目的中國館，外面秩序明顯較混亂，由於中國館只接受預約，大批參觀者湧到場內的預約機取票，詎料該機一度失靈，而預約券更在開園1小時內派完，引起數以百計苦苦等候的旅客不滿及鼓譟，有人更大嚷「中國人不能入中國館，為什麼？」，一些人更企圖衝入館內，要駐場軍警阻截人群。中國館附近的香港館也是人頭湧湧，要等上1小時才能進內，台灣館更一度要等4個鐘頭。

歐洲區的情同樣混亂，最後是多個展館因承受不了如此大量人流而提早關門。其中，意大利館大門右側一塊3乘3米的玻璃更被人潮迫爆，雖然現場有很多志願者維持秩序，但由於沒有擴音器及喇叭等設備，顯得混亂。英國館外則打了五圈蛇餅，上午約11時許，有遊客衝破護欄，引起其他遊客跟風，現場一度混亂，後來由英國館工作人員築起人牆，秩序才維持好一些，但其後再有遊客衝入，最後與澳洲館都提前關門，不少遊客對此都大呼失望，只得在外拍照後離開。也有遊客說本想參觀美國館，但聽說要等8小時，決定放棄。

除了人潮逼爆場館，遊客無論是吃飯或上廁所都要大排長龍，特別是靠近中國館的一帶，午飯時間每家食肆都有幾十人排隊，有餐廳在中午已售罄所有食物。有遊客投訴，一碗麵要60元， KFC快餐店一共提供5種套餐，價格在29到99元之間，有遊客抱怨說是「強制消費」。由於人太多，園區內的地圖亦一早派清，惟園區內的廣播指美國館、英國館、盧森堡館及荷蘭館，擁擠時只有普通話廣播，有遊客說園內志願者似乎對區內亦不熟悉，對旅客不便。

But if this is a test, then it make sense to have problem so that they can try to fix them before the real things..!  That's the same with our IT Admin works la...!  We can just roll out something without some sort of beta testing.., and doing it in a control enviroments..!

I would suggest Lik to know a little bit more the Germany method of testing.  Its purpose of testing is to find out hidden and potential problems, but not to prove there is NO PROBLEM!

Lik just keeps embarassing himself.

P.S. forgot to mention - MJJ should be good at this method of testing - "system overloading".

wow, what a moron you are who likes to pick on China? This is why they need to perform these tests. The tests are to find out problems before the official opening.

wow, Lik, you are just amazing. More amazing than the cauldron thing that failed to go up during the Vancouver 2010 opening ceremonies.

Looks like the Shanghai Expo is a stunning success, just look at the large number of people wanting to visit.

hahaha, if you really want to pick on any country, you can easily do so. Which country does not have problems? With all your wisdom you can do it. Somehow you are self-hating and like to pick on your own kind.

今次都係一個trial run 之麻~ 當局就係要靠呢d trial run 先可以stimulate 到個場既live performance, 有問題就fix 左佢咁law.

搵到有問題係一件好事, 最怕係有人控制d trial run, reflect 唔到realtime situation 就大件事喇~
