is anyone know where can I eat cheap and fresh raw oyster? 'cuz of my niece will come visit me end of May.. she loves to eat raw oyster.. but if we bring her for japanese ..  I will be broke..

I think Rodney's (Yaletown) still has their low tide special from 3 - 6pm for $1.5 each.

u can buy a whole bunch and shuck them open yourself

it will be cheaper and you can eat it different styles yourself too

those from the supermarket can only be eaten throughtly cooked....
I don't know how fresh they are... it depends a lot on how they are being handled in the supermarket and how they are shipped.
