Do all Rogers plans (plans from years ago) have unlimited INCOMING text or just the new one listed on their website?

Oh oh .. i have a couple more question actually

Rogers from Toronto coming to Vancouver...
If user calls a Vancouver number, does one have to pay for long distance?

If one receives in Vancouver, does one have to pay for long distance?

Incoming/receiving text used to be free and now they charge you for both sending and receiving text per use ($0.15 each?) unless you subscribe to one of the text package... like $5 for 1000 msg or something

As for long distance.... do you mean a Toronto phone number visiting Vancouver? If so I think you only get charged for airtime minutes and no long distance fees when calling a Vancouver number, because that's considered as "local" call -  You are in the same area as the number you are calling.

As for receiving calls, you will get charged long distance when you are out of your home area.
