Zue's Lazy Ginger onion fried Crab

Ok, maybe it's not so lazy. After all, I spent about 30 mins on this. However, it's still relatively simple yet great tasting!
Ingredient:
1. Crab approx. 4.5 lbs
2. Onions
3. Ginger
3. Green onions
Sauce: (Mix well the following)
1. Oyster sauce (2 tb sp)
2. Light soy sauce (2 tb sp)
3. Dark soy sauce (1 tb sp)
4. Sesame oil (1 tb sp)
5. Corn starch (1 tb sp)
6. Water (6 tb sp)
7. Sugar (1 tb sp)
(Adjust your own taste base on how much crab you are cooking). These measurements were for 4.5 lbs of crab.
Steps:
1. Powder shells and legs with cornstarch (Coat evenly by tossing in a lg bowl)
2. Medium-high heat. Deep fry crab ("run oil") until approx. 70% cooked. Drain oil.
3. Fry the veggies. Add crab.
4. Drizzle generous amount of cooking wine. Stir fry.
5. Stir in sauce mixture until thickens. Serve!
* Good idea to cornstarch and deep fry the back and the legs separately to get even coating and retain the fat on the shells. Combine them when frying with the veggies.
