各位老友記，覺得在HST實施後溫哥華地區從事地產agent 還有前途嗎？

如果你有子女，若他有興趣的話，會叫他們考real estate agent 牌嗎？

Everyone eventually needs a house, it doesn't matter the market is hot or cold, what it matters are the ability and connections.

If you have the connections, do it!

It isn't a job for everyone and it takes time to build up the name.  And only a few % of them are able to get rich.

One of my ski buddy's wife is kind of a top Chinese agent, one of those familiar names appear on each real estate paper.  She has 6 assistants under her to take care of her "business" while she could still enjoy lots of her weekend's life.

One that could build up a name like her, customer come by themselves and request you to handle their buy/sell.  In another word, people come to give you money, how nice.  Of course, it is the case when the market is hot.
