back in my working days.. starbucks staff dun bother with people who smoke outside by the door.

It's blenz coffee. She smoke with her friends every second day there. It's hard for me to record her. She always come with whole bunch people and reserve for whole section. If I record her from inside, they can see me.
Why we have to hide from her? That coffee shop is near our house and it's end up need to get second smoke from them.
She only stop whenever cop inside the shop. She stop so fast, she notice police fast no matter under cover or not. She can tell from their car.

If she is an officer, she should have some sort of ID number or name on her. All police officers do. It wasn't clear from your initial post whether she is uniformed or not.

If the coffee shop staff is ignoring your complain, I'd take the matter into your own hands and go film her smoking at the shop. You have no need to be concerned as she can't really do anything to harm you. Then you can post the video up to YouTube, and file a complain to the police department, giving as much detail as you can (including the link to the video).

Additionally, you can also file a complain to the Blenz headquarters to report the shop owner / staff's inaction. Blenz is a franchised chain, so this may or may not be effective.

In any case, these are two things you can do. Whether they're result in any positive outcome is another matter.

yeah.. I don't really understand from your initial post if she smoked inside or outside the coffee shop... if she did smoke inside, then yeah, do whatever Lik Gor suggest you to do.

I am not even clear if she really works for RCMP. RCMP office do have clerical positions and yeah may be accounting. And most of those positions are at the BC "Head Quarter" in Surrey cos it make sense. But they are just supportive staffs. I don't understand why you sounded like you are afraid of her.

If I were you, I would have confront her right there.
