大家覺得車禍的受傷乘客有小朋友的話要不要申報呢？ 小朋友

去了ICBC和調解員聊過了~
不過，她建議是小朋友的部分就先不申報了！
理由是....會需要填很多的單據！
加上小朋友會改由另一個政府機構追蹤到19歲，
說是對我們也很麻煩....@@?
不知道有沒有人有類似的經驗可以分享呢？^^"

新車終於拿回來了~
修得還可以！
就是內裝....看得出來車禍過！
像是...車柱塑膠的部分還是歪歪的、
門旁的漆和原廠的觸感不同....
原廠的滑滑亮亮，
但修過的部分就粗粗的....

Hmm......... I got a feeling that she shouldn't have suggested that. If I were you, I will report everything! Especially if there are kids involved, you never know if they'll have any side effects or belayed issues come up later on. If you didn't report but their problem is actually resulted from the accident, that insurance will not cover them! Is it too late to report now?

As for the repaired car, if you are not satisfied with what they did, is it possible to ask them redo anything?

Remember that you have up to 2 years to file for a lawsuit. At any rate, it's best to consult a collision lawyer and seek their professional opinion instead of ours about this. Most lawyers have a free 1/2 consultation where you can ask about preliminary questions like these.

If your body shop is ICBC approved, and the repair is not up to your satisfaction, there are means for you to follow to have problem addressed. I don't remember the details right now, so it's best for you to check that out on ICBC.com.

我昨天問了小朋友的家庭醫生，她的回答是"我沒有建議"~>"<
問了幫我們處理車禍的醫生，他回答是"當然要報！麻煩的是ICBC的人員~她當然希望妳不報！"
問了一位律師，他的回答是可以等觀察看看~
但，我近來發現，其實小朋友身上的碰碰撞撞都已經好得差不多了！就是心理上會有些排斥~
像是坐車的時候都會覺得不希望再發生車禍！討厭車禍...之類的~甚至畫畫的時候都開始畫些車禍的車...這可能才是真的需要花時間的~^^"
所以，該不該報，這問題真的困擾我很多天了.....
第一次和我們的調解員見面，她就以"真的要填很多單據，而且政府單位就會插手介入去監管妳的小孩"為由，希望我們考慮不要申報小孩的部分.....^^"~不過，我們有預約了第二次，用以保留要不要申報的緩衝日期~^^"
根據ICBC頁面，是說明如果修理得不滿意，我們可以上訴！但，如果還是原修理廠，我們昨天試過了，老闆的回答是"應該是妳們心裡因素，所以覺得車子歪歪的..."可是，其實是真的！車子因為換過兩扇門了，關門的聲音很明顯可以跟沒換過的去比較！也許正是因為是一個月的新車，所以差異更明顯可以左右兩邊比一比就知道....
因此，車子的部分我們可能會想辦法再問問調解員，畢竟他們強調的不就是會修到好咩.....^^"
