What's a good ESL tutoring school or private ones in Richmond? ESL, school, Richmond, What, ones

I have a young friend from Hong Kong coming to stay in Canada.  She will be going to high school here.   She doesn't speak English.

I was wondering if there's any ESL tutoring school in Richmond that can help her.   Either that or private tutor ones.   You guys know of any?  I need more information.

If she is new immegrants, you can go to the free one.  I do remember high school provide ESL classes too.
