Wedding Shows? Is it worth it? Wedding, Shows, worth

Has anyone been to the local wedding shows or the wedding fair? Did it help with your wedding planning? I've never been to one but would like to know if it'd be worth spending $20-50 per person to attend one of the shows.

If you are going to have western style banquet, going to use western photographer etc..then worth to go since you will get a lot of resources. However, if your vendor is many Chinese...then it doesn't really help. Some of the show has huge prize draw, so you may try your luck. And some booth usually offer small gift and has food sample. In some shows there is wedding dress show as well. I think if you want to go there for "look"/"fun" purpose that's ok, but don't expect you will get a lot of help if you are considering mainly Chinese vendor.

Yes that's how I feel too, that's why I haven't been to any of the wedding shows yet.
